Pet Peeves

I was in the shower this morning, my first shower since I got home from our vacation and all I could do was smile as the water blasted me from the shower head. It was AMAZING! What does this have to do with pet peeves you ask? One of my absolute biggest pet peeves is trying to shower with crap water pressure, it literally drives me insane. The reason this is even prevalent in my mind is that the shower at our condo in Vegas was PITIFUL! The type where you stand under the water for a good five minutes because it takes about that long to ensure you've gotten all the soap off. The same holds true at my parents house, not only is there ZERO pressure in our bathroom, they have extra soft water. So not only does it take 10 years to rinse off, you are also left with this somewhat slimy feeling on your skin. Needless to say, I look quite forward to my shower head, as it could probably remove paint from walls if I needed it to.
On a smaller note, other pet peeves include hearing the SAME story over and over again, bad table manners, idiot drivers, and people that talk over you (I mean really, wait your F-ing turn!).
Anyone else have any mentionable pet peeves???

My Blogging Debut!

Greetings World!
I decided that since I've been writing in various journals for well over a decade that a blog was the natural transition at this point in life. I don't know that I have anything profound to say, but at least I'll have an outlet to pretty much get things off my chest. This could also be my outlet for some of the fictional writing I have under lock and key... Maybe a somewhat interested audience would encourage me to put it out there, but I guess we'll see.
